It's not often I leave reviews on websites, but I felt I should commend all the workmen at Loftplan for working so hard on our loft conversion. We found you all to be friendly, tidy and professional, which all goes a long way when having building works at your home for a full two months. We are thrilled with the final product and excited to decorate our new bedroom ready for the family visiting at Christmas. We will absolutely recommend Loftplan to all who ask about our loft conversion.

A Very Professional Job
We would like to place on record that we are very pleased with Loftplan and all their staff for the wonderful job that has been accomplished on our loft conversion.
The company slogan 'Put life in your loft' completely sums up the way we feel about the fabulous fourth bedroom which has been created in a otherwise wasted space!
It has made our house a far more desirable property which has to be seriously taken into consideration when selling in the future.

Thank you for a highly professional conversion that has not only made a huge difference in terms of space gain but also given us a very pleasant extra bedroom and shower room. From the initial contact with your sales assessor through to the actual handover the whole process was seamless, professional and exceeded our expectations.
To anyone reading this on-line, the design stage is understandably the most important for you as the customer - really take the time to discuss the plans, the options you have and listen to the advice of Loftplan; we did and have ended up with a new bedroom suite that has the 'WOW' factor from the moment anyone sees it.
Loftplan are a very professional company, at each stage you will meet a new craftsmen who will explain what he is doing and honestly, the only disruption is when the new staircase is fitted (and this is minimal).
We are delighted with the finished result and delighted we chose Loftplan for our conversion here in Burghfield Common (West Berks).

Well done Loftplan for the recent conversion of the loft and garage that you completed on our property.
From the start when we first met the advisor at the initial consultation, through to the end completion and sign off with the Building Inspector I can only praise the standard of design, supervision and workmanship that went into the build.
Everyone who contributed to the job were professional, courteous and considerate making sure we knew what was going on each step of the way.
We were especially impressed with the supervisors, and the meticulous attention of Brian the second fixer who finished everything so nicely.
Even when the odd problem arose, which you would expect on a project of this size, everyone would go out of their way to resolve it.
A few of our friends are considering converting their lofts, especially after seeing ours, and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
A friendly bunch who obviously convert lofts every day of the week!

From the design and survey by Alan through to the carpenter John everyone was polite and courteous and very hard working (even when it was raining!) It did not affect the time scale that you promised.
The inconvenience was minimal and when the job was completed it was hard to believe that the builders had been in.

The best loft conversion I have ever seen!
To quote a very good and very discerning friend of ours “the best loft conversion I’ve ever seen!” and she is very hard to please!!
We felt it was important to put in writing how pleased we are with our recent Loftplan loft conversion and wanted to thank you for your guidance throughout.
From design, through planning and right to the end we enjoyed nothing but a positive experience with Loftplan. Every single member of staff was polite, considerate, incredibly hard working and very pleasant to have in our home.
We expected the process to be considerably more intrusive and disruptive than we experienced. We cannot fault the project management; we were kept informed throughout and on the occasion when we did encounter unexpected problems, alterative solutions were propopsed and then implemented with minimal fuss – not an experience we have enjoyed with other builders!
We first entertained the idea of a loft conversion a number of years ago and discussed it with a couple of builders who we had used on other projects. On their advice, we were left in no doubt that a conversion of the existing loft was not possible. You have proved them wrong and we now enjoy a converted loft with a large master bedroom, en-suite and a dressing room. Without fault, everyone who has seen it has been stunned. We have no problem in recommending you to everyone we know. Thank you once again.

Margaret and I wanted to let you know just how thrilled we are with the loft conversion you have designed for us. We knew that our house had potential, but we never thought that the finished work would be quite so superb!
From the moment we came into contact with your firm we knew that we wanted you to do the job – to be honest building companies do not have the best of reputations, but everything Loftplan agreed to undertake was done on time and well within budget. Moreover, your flexible approach to adding “little touches” as the work developed was a breath of fresh air and has undoubtedly added to our pleasure at the finished work.
Your teams of workers are to be congratulated – not only did we suffer very little disruption, but when unavoidable, mess was made they cleared up every night and left us in a liveable state. Their thoughtfulness was much appreciated. In addition to that they were a really great bunch of people! They kept us well informed as to progress and their work-rate and quality of workmanship was incredible.
Now we have finished the decorating and the loft conversion is in full use – how did we ever manage without it? When I sat down and worked out the figures I realised it would have been madness to move house, which was on the agenda at one point. The mark of a good job has to be how well the work blends with the original house. Without fail everyone who has seen the changes to the house over the last few weeks has remarked on how well the new has been integrated with the old. You would never believe that the house had not been built with a converted loft! That is due in no small part to the careful thought that you and your team put into planning stages and to the evident expertise that Loftplan has in this specialist field.
In conclusion I would say that we would be very happy for you to show this letter to any prospective customers and also to show them around should they like to see the finished work. I only hope the standard of our decorating matches that of the Loftplan’s workmanship!

Very pleased that we made the right decision
Now that the work on our loft conversion is complete I thought I would drop you a message to thank you for the professional way in which you have dealt with us.
As you know we chose to use Loftplan not because you were the cheapest, but because we were impressed with the way your presented the alternatives available to us, your obvious knowledge of the business, your immediate willingness for us to talk to your past customers and the availability of a ten year guarantee.
Now looking back I am very pleased that we made the decision. The conversion itself is far better than I initially visualised both in the design and quality of workmanship and equally important your team were a pleasure to have around the house. They worked hard, were always cheerful and friendly and even cleared up after themselves each evening.

Your secret is in your professionalism
The work at my daughter’s house has now been completed and I feel I must write to say how impressed I am with the result and the quality of the workmanship.
The new loft room is well designed and spacious with plenty of light and we are most impressed with the high standard of construction and attention to detail.
The stairs have fitted in better then any of us thought possible and we are pleased with the care that was taken in the building of the whole stair unit with cupboards below.
Your secret is in the professionalism of your craftsmen – Electrician, Plumber, Plasterer (A talent I’ve always marveled at!) and of course the Carpenter’s essential skills. In fact all the men involved with the construction worked efficiently and capably with no fuss and little inconvenience – despite the problems of limited access that I know exist at all property.
We will recommend Loftplan with confidence to all who are looking for an expertly designed and crafted loft conversion.
