We were delighted that Loftplan not only did a great job of designing and installing our loft conversion but also advised and guided us through the minefield that is 'the party wall act', which in fact was the most stressful part.
Everyone who came to site was courteous and professional, which made it a smooth and easy process. We were especially impressed by the structural team who worked non stop and in all weathers to create a fabulous bedroom with and en suite.
The finish of the work was excellent and exactly what we were promised with specific attention made to matching our existing stairs.
We would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering a similar building project.
Major alteration

I am writing to thank you for the excellent job you and your team have done on our loft conversion.
I would have never believed that such a major alteration to our home could have been completed with such little disruption. All your work force conducted themselves in a exemplary mannor (which must have tried their patience with four younge children about the place).
I would have no hesitation in recommending Loftplan to anybody considering a loft conversion in the future, or using you again should we move ourselves.
First class piece of work
Each and every one of the specialists involved - from electricians to plasterers and from plumbers to tilers - were just lovely people. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them and they were all superb. A first class piece of work.
Professional and committed to high standards

Every team member has been very professional and committed to high standards, showing great levels of technical experience.
More importantly, they know when to ask for additional input when faced with a critical decision.
I'd say that my decision to select Loft Plan has been well justified.
We expected problems to arise, including the scheduling of tradesmen, however, due to the size of Loft Plan and their various teams, it meant that we never had to wait too long for items to be addressed.
This might have been a different story if we had gone with an independent builder with a smaller team - it's fine when things go well, but if there are multiple projects ongoing (as is norm I expect) having the capacity to come back in a timely manner is when the strain might show.
I think I may have spoken to nearly everyone in the company, from external suppliers all the way up to the Director - I can see that you're a great team.
Well done and thanks for a great loft conversion experience.

High standard of construction and attention to detail

I feel I must write to say how impressed I am with the result and the quality of the workmanship. The new loft room is well designed and spacious with plenty of light and we are most impressed with the high standard of construction and attention to detail.
Superb finished product

We recently had Loft Plan install a new bedroom with an en-suite shower room into our Victorian home.
And we would like to say how pleased we are with the finished results.
We have known of Loft Plan for a while because they had been installing lofts for our neighbours for many years and after having viewed several of their finished works, we had no hesitation in using them for ours.
Reliable, honest and dependable are the words I would use to describe their service.
The team worked extremely hard and were always polite and friendly.
The detail of the finished product is superb and we highly recommend them if you want a professionally installed loft conversion.
Just a shame they don’t do the painting and decorating!
Very happy with the quality of products
Our loft conversion was completed in July 2014 and we are very pleased with the design, build quality and workmanship from Loft Plan.
We had a few quotes from builders but chose Loft Plan because of their experience, a neighbours recommendation and that they specialise in lofts.
The only delay in our build was the stairs, however they were upfront with us from the start and even managed to fit them whilst we were on holiday.
I was very happy with the quality of products they used in the build and the state they left the house in each night.
The process was less stressful than I expected and I would recommend Loft Plan to friends and family.
Conversion is crown jewel of the property
Our house has been considerably extended having commissioned Loft Plan to undertake our loft conversion. The large master bedroom, bathroom and small “office” area is now the crown jewel of the property.
The finishing is exemplary, and the full bathroom suite fitted ingeniously. No space is wasted. The windows fill the room with light and provide commanding views.
As promised, over the period of 8 weeks, work started promptly at 7:30 in the morning and finished at 5pm. When required, Loftplan stayed later to finish a task so as to ensure the project remained on schedule, for this we were very grateful.
When it came to the quality of the build, they were faultless. We have been very pleased with the overall quality of the work and I would confidently recommend this loft conversion company.

We were so pleased with the original conversion of our main loft into two rooms plus a spacious landing space, that more recently we asked you to come back to do another conversion.
The building work went very smoothly and the people who worked on our conversions were very professional.
The inconvenience was minimal and when the job was completed it was hard to believe that the builders had been in.
I was further impressed with the willingness to return afterwards to address a few minor problems.

Faultless loft conversion in Clapham!
Loftplan were very professional from day one. They told us the loft conversion would take 6-8 weeks and they delivered in that time. All tradesmen who visited our home were well mannered, friendly and hard working chaps. The work was faultless and clearly undertaken with care. We had one or two minor blips but nothing out of the ordinary when having building works done. The project management was the stand out - responsive, efficient and slick! Well done to you all!
