Dear Sirs,
Now that the room in our attic is complete and the final stage payment made we would like to thank you all. We now have exactly the room we wanted to a high standard of finish for a reasonable price.
The reason we chose Loftplan, was because you listened to our requirements and ably demonstrated you understood them, quite unlike the rest of other quotations we received. We have been impressed by the high standard of workmanship – your installers clearly strive to achieve the best possible result – and how hard working your workmen are. It has been a positive experience for us.
I am now about to start decorating the room and existing hall, stairs and landing. I am daunted by he number of spindles I have to rub down and paint, but I have no doubt that in a month or so’s time it is going to look very good indeed.

We have been recommending your firm to friends and neighbours. Some neighbours were delighted when they looked around and changed their plans with you to include a dormer, based on what they had seen!

Dear all,
I am making my final payment later today and as such I would like to thank you and everyone at Loftplan for everything over the last few months.
The conversion is looking fabulous and I would like to send a special thank you to the original builders, John and Steve and their foreman Bob for accommodating me as I chopped and changed my mind, making worthwhile suggestions and generally doing a fantastic job. Everyone who attended site was polite, efficient and clean & tidy – there was far less disruption than I expected and for that I am immensely grateful! The finishing team have also been very helpful at troubleshooting, have paid great attention to detail and ensured that everything is “just so” and that I am completely satisfied before signing off the job as complete.
Please also be sure to pass my gratitude to Alan, the salesman responsible for working with me to get the best result – without his help I know that my loft would have been nowhere near the standard you have achieved!

We would just like to say a big thank you to all involved at loftplan in regards to our recently completed loft conversion .
We are over the moon with our new ensuite bedroom and bathroom it looks amazing .
We have just had our property valued and we were pleasantly surprised at how much value the conversion has added to our property. Whilst valuing the property the estate agent with over 30 years experience commented that "it was the best loft conversion she has ever seen!", she was most impressed .
We would also like to give a special thank you to John , who was in charge of first fix, he was extremely hard working, conscientious and courteous at all times

Just wanted to say we are really pleased with the loft conversion from start to finish , the whole process was very professional which made a great difference, from the back end support with yourself, coordinating everything and keeping me in the loop , with dealing with Bob and Kevin who made sure we got what we wanted , rather than what we thought we wanted !! , to the guys turning up, when they said they would do, very clean in how they worked and very polite, everyone had the same ethos and standards and really made the whole process a lot more smoother than we were expecting.
Just wanted to say a big thanks to you all , as I know people are very quick to complain but slow to praise when a good job has been done.

Just coming to the end of the build, cannot praise the work enough, our loft is now a beautiful bedroom with ensuite for two lucky little girls, Loftplan has made our home big enough for us all to grow into.. The workman have all been great, take pride in their work and respect your home.. If your thinking of extending into loft this Company is clearly one of the best..

Kevin Popped over today and tidied 1 or 2 bits and we’re now complete for the conversion. I have just transferred the final balance to Loftplan.
I also wanted to add how satisfied we have been with Loftplan and the team overall. The work done by Kev Mac for the build was excellent, 2nd fix was excellent and carpenter Dave is also excellent and an expert in his trade. The overall experience has been very good and we would recommend Loftplan to anyone who asked. In Fact 2 friends in Marlow are thinking about converting their loft space, and I have strongly recommended Loftplan!

Over the moon with loft plan . We got their details from a neighbour who also highly recommends them. From start to Finish they have been polite , friendly and professional . Answered my many questions and with their expertise advised us throughout the build . Couldn't be happier . Thank you loft plan .
Magnificient Conversion
Loftplan are clearly a company that have stuck to a tried and tested formula, and it shows!
The workers were efficient, clean, tidy and courteous.
With all work of a complex nature there are bound to be some problems, however, these were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The after sales service is excellent and it is clear that Loftplan take pride in their work and that reputation and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance.
